January 2021 Just Desserts
It was New Year and we were all about New Cheer. Our January cocktail box was built around three (3) classic desserts. The Dame Nellie was a peach melba inspired cocktail featuring peach, raspberry and vanilla flavours. The Pavlover was our take on a tropical pavlova with mango and passionfruit flavours and a meringue garnish. Finally the Key Lime Fizz was our nod to a Key Lime Pie and was bursting with tang and even came with its own pie crust sugar rim garnish.
December 2020 Deck The Halls
We went all Christmasy with our December cocktail box. This box featured 3 festive creations including Cherry Christmas, featuring our cherry & chocolate syrup, mulled wine shrub and chocolate bitters spray. In A Pear Tree took traditional Christmas flavours of pear maple and ginger and paired them with a cinnamon sugar rim garnish. Finally, the Candy Cane cocktail was our creamy, sweet treat, dessert style cocktail featuring a peppermint and white chocolate cocktail syrup.
November 2020 Roll Out the Barrel
Bourbon and whisky were the feature spirit in our Roll Out the Barrel cocktail box. Our cocktail creations included Spicy Harvest which featured a spiced orange syrup and sour apple shrub. Mary’s Berry saw us create a beautifully balanced blackberry and rosemary syrup topped with a soda fizz. Finally Kentucky Fuzz was our southern USA inspired cocktail featuring a honey and orange flavour profile combined with our peach and sage shrub.
October 2020 Cactus or Cane
This cocktail box was all about choice and you could choose to pair either White Rum or Silver Tequila with this box. Our 3 cocktails included Firecracker, our spicy and savoury number with a mandarin and jalapeno syrup and lime chilli salt rim garnish. Passionista was a beautifully balanced cocktail featuring the tang of freeze dried passionfruit powder with the citrus of yuzu soda. The Coco-Cabana was our creamy cocktail creation featuring a pineapple and mint syrup mixed with coconut milk and garnished with a pineapple slice to create an island holiday inspired concoction.
September 2020 Get Ya Vodka On
With vodka as the base spirit for this cocktail box, we came up with 3 unique cocktail creations. Good Morning Sunshine was our breakfast inspired cocktail featuring a granola infusion for the vodka and a muddling of blueberry jam topped with orange juice. Berry Delicious included our aromatic shrub to add a sharpness to this berry fizz creation, topped with a freeze dried berry crumble. Finally Hip Hip Hooray featured our in house designed birthday cake flavoured syrup and created a showstopper, dessert style cocktail, including a colourful sprinkle rim garnish.
August 2020 Gin-tastic Adventures
Our inaugural cocktail box featuring gin as the base spirit. We created 3 unique gin based cocktails all featuring a range of flavours and creation techniques. Good Thymes played on the savoury notes of cocktails with a thyme and pink peppercorn muddle combined with orange juice and a soda fizz topper. The Ginger Fox incorporated crystalised ginger with our lime and cucumber syrup and ginger ale for a truly refreshing cocktail experience. Finally Rosie Posie was one for those with a sweeter tooth, incorporating our rose and hibiscus syrup with lemon juice we created a perfectly balanced floral sensation.
